Hi Leanna, I just checked into this issue for you. It looks like you paced your order with us on November 9 and we shipped out with UPS on the 10 of November. I just checked the tracking and looking like the package was damaged and discarded by UPS. We have not been notified by UPS yet. However we can send you the order gain or give you a refund. Sorry this has happened to you and your East Coast Glow items.

ROSEMARY Rosemary oil helps ease stress levels and possesses strong antioxidant activity. It's spicy, energizing scent has undertones of balsamic and woods.
PLANT OILS A perfect blend of wild mint infused hemp seed, olive and castor oils marry to not only cleanse, but indulge your skin in sustainable luxury.
Full ingredients: *Iceberg Water (Aqua),*Potassium Hemp Seedate, Potassium Olivate, Potassium Cocoate, Potassium Castorate, *Mentha Piperita Oil, *Rosmarinus Officinalis Oil, *Mentha Arvensis Leaf Extract, Glycerin, Ricinus Communis Oil, Tocopherol, *Newfoundland Sea Salt (Sel Marin.)
The Ritual: Dispense 1-2 pumps into wet hands and lather using warm water.
Rinse clean, pat dry, and follow with moisturizer.
Premium glass and metal soap pump is designed for refilling. If pump begins to stick, clean using isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol.
