I've gotten this item twice - once as a present and once I bought myself. I ordered it again, but the pump isn't working - I've tried to put it on and had my husband and daughter try, but it won't stay on so doesn't seem to really work :(

we are so sorry that this has happened to you. Sometimes if you hold the base of the pump and then turn the pump neck it will work. We would be happy to send out a replacement pump right away if you would like.
